Romanian public relation agency Lowe PR has become GolinHarris Bucharest, after the agency has become a GolinHarris affiliate. The Romanian office is headed by Managing Director Hortensia Nastase. GolinHarris was set up in 1951 by Al Golin. It started to expand in Europe in the 2000 and then further throughout the world. Lowe was created in 1993.
