“Salut!” Here’s your 8th Romanian lesson taught by A_BEST trainers. We hope you had a great time last week, experiencing … shopping in Romania! After a few weeks, our characters (Sebastian, Laura and Maria) decide to go shopping again, but they need to change some money. So, in this lesson, you are going to learn a few words and expressions related to foreign exchange (schimb valutar). Citiţi, vă rugăm, următorul dialog (Please, read the following dialogue): Schimb valutar (Foreign exchange) - Aş dori să schimb nişte euro în RON (I´d like to change some euro into RON)

Casierul: | — | Bunăziua, cu ce văpot fi de folos? / Sebastian: | — | Bunăziua, care este rata de schimb valutar pentru un euro? / Casierul: | — | 4,3 RON. / Sebastian: | — | Bine. Aşdori săschimb nişte euroîn RON, vărog. / Casierul: | — | Desigur. Care este suma? / Sebastian: | — | Cincisute de euro. / Casierul: | — | Paşaportul dumneavoastră, vărog! / Sebastian: | — | Este aici, poftiţi, vărog.

Useful words and expressions:

• Cu ce vă pot fi de folos? = How can I help you? - rată de schimb valutar = exchange rate - casă de schimb valutar = exchange house - sumă = sum - paşaport = passport
