Jean Pascal becomes General Manager of Epoque Hotel in Bucharest

Jean Pascal is the new General Manager of Epoque Hotel in Bucharest, starting October 2011, according to the hotel. He replaces Antoni Kuhnen who performed the pre-opening and opening activities for Epoque Hotel. Jean Pascal graduated science and economics at the University of Paris and holds a degree in hotel management from Cornell Institute. He specialized in the luxury segment in Eastern Europe markets. The new General Manager of Epoque Hotel has 30 years of experience in hospitality, having supervised five star operations that cover the full range of hospitality projects, like hotels, restaurants and resorts in Europe and the US. Hotel Epoque is located downtown Bucharest, close to Cismigiu park. The 45-suites hotel has been opened following an investment of EUR 8 million and is owned by D&M Perfect Real Estate, a company run by businessman Alex Oproiu.
