Jacob Hoekstra takes over country manager position of Kilpatrick Executive Search Romania

Jacob Hoekstra is the new country manager of Kilpatrick Executive Search Romania. He will be managing both newly expanded Romanian offices, Timisoara and Bucharest, the company has announced. Hoekstra, who is also shareholder in the company, has taken over the helm after the departure of Liana Brasoveanu, who was headquartered in Timisoara. Kilpatrick opened its first Romanian office in 2006 in Timisoara, while the company’s consultants were also developing several projects in Bucharest. The success of these projects led to the opening of a second Kilpatrick office in Bucharest. Adelina Rosca, Branch Manager and Teodora Bandur, Senior Consultant represent Kilpatrick Timisoara, while Olivia Franculescu, Branch Manager and Diana Istrate, Senior Consultant are working for the Bucharest branch. Two interns, Madalina Naum and Ruxandra Olteanu have also joined the team, which is completed by marketing and PR officer Laura Cruceru. Jacob Hoekstra has had extensive experience in commercial negotiations, private and public sector start ups in various countries. In 2003, he joined the Italian executive search firm Kilpatrick and affiliated the company to International Executive Search Federation. Kilpatrick was created in the 90's by Italian senior executive consultants. In 2003 Kilpatrick was taken over by a Dutch/Italian group of entrepreneurs.
