IT services company runs global recruiting campaign from Romania's Cluj

American IT services company 3Pillar Global, which has offices in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara, has started a global recruiting campaign, coordinated from its office in Cluj-Napoca. The firm plans to attract 30 specialists in its two centers in Romania, but also in India and the US, by September 17, reports local Dailybusiness.ro. 3Pillar Global aims to hire one person every day in the next month, motivating its current employees to take part in the recruiting process. They can share messages to their virtual friends and participate at the interviews. The company considers that all of its employees can become recruiters.
