Indian company wants to invest USD 150 mln in Romania's poultry sector

Indian company IBS Synergies wants to invest USD 150 million in Romania’s poultry sector for an integrated greenfield project. The project will include a hatchery, a processing plant and a slaughterhouse feed, reports local Mediafax. The investment would create over 500 jobs. A.S. Bindra, the company’s president, met yesterday with Alexandru Nastase, a state secretary in the Department for Foreign Investments and Public-Private Partnership. IBS Synergies is one of the largest companies in India with import-export operations and project developments. It is part of the IBS group. editor@romania-insider.com
