iFond Financial Romania prepares for stock exchange listing with first IPO this year

Intercapital Invest will launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for a new investment fund iFond Financial Romania. This is the first IPO for the year on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The trading session will be opened on Thursday morning (July 22). After the IPO will be over, the fund will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Intercapital has already launched two mutual funds, iFond Actiuni and iFond Monetar. iFond Actiuni is an equity fund investing more than 85% of its assets in Romanian stocks with good financials and management, strong market position and positive growth outlook. iFond Monetar is a money market fund which invests in bank deposits. Intercapital Invest has intermediated the previous two IPOs on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, OTP Wise and OTP Green Energy.
