How many houses over EUR 1 mln are for sale in Bucharest?

Romanian real estate websites are currently promoting 430 properties in Bucharest whose prices exceed EUR 1 million. Some 380 of them are villas whereas the rest are apartments. The offers include a historic building, which has been restored and it is located downtown Bucharest, in the Victoriei area. The property was awarded the prize for best restoration in Romania, in 2012, at the Architects’ Annual Competition. Its price amounts to EUR 2.2 million, according to real estate classifieds portal Imobiliare.ro. editor@romania-insider.com
