How many cars have Romanians bought this year?

Romanians bought over 98,700 vehicles, which include cars and commercial vehicles, in the first ten months of this year, up 17.7% compared to the same period in 2014. Vehicle sales posted a growth of 20.3% in October. Passenger car sales exceeded 79,000 units between January and October, up 15.9% year-on-year. Dacia ranks first with almost 28,000 cars or 35.1% of the total local market, followed by Volkswagen, with over 7,900 units or 10% of the market. Skoda ranks third with over 7,200 units sold and Ford with over 4,900 cars sold. Dacia Logan was the best-selling model in the first ten months of the year with over 13,300 units sold, followed by Dacia Duster with over 5,300 cars, and Dacia Sandero with some 4,900 units.
