Hotel Epoque to open after EUR 8 mln investment with expat Antoni Kuhnen at the helm

D&M Perfect Real Estate has invested EUR 8 million into the 45-apartment Hotel Epoque, which will be opened on November 1. The five-star hotel, located near the Cismigiu park in Bucharest, is managed by Trend Hospitality. The hotel targets the upmarket segment and the free independent travelers. It features apartments for medium and long stays and offers personalized services, among which the option of a personal butler during the stay. The hotel's general manager is Antoni Kuhnen, who has previously lead the Howard Johnson and the Sofitel hotels in Bucharest in the late 90s and early 2000. editor@romania-insider.com
