Industrial park developer Helios Phoenix will extend its Oympian Park projects in Brasov and Timisoara by 25,000 sqm. The two parks currently have more than 45,000 sqm and are fully occupied. The developer also wants to start new investments in Cluj and Constanta. The industrial parks in Brasov and Timisoara were initially owned by Helios Phoenix together with GE Real Estate, but the U.S. group decided to exit the Eastern European markets and sold its stake.
