American guitarist Tony MacAlpine will perform for the first time in Romania on March 5, at the Silver Church Club (61, Calea Plevnei St.) in the capital city. Moreover, on the same day starting 14:00, his fans can meet him face to face during an autograph session at Guitar Shop (5, Ion Campineanu St.).
Tony MacAlpine was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, and started his musical education at age 5 as a piano major at the Springfield Conservatory of Music. In his 25-year career he has produced and written eleven solo instrumental studio albums, four albums with his jazz-fusion band CAB, three albums with his progressive rock band Planet X, and a number of other band projects.
