Grup Servicii Petroliere's shareholders have approved a USD 20 million revolving credit facility from Eximbank. The loan was contracted on a year. Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP) is part of Upetrom group. The company performs offshore drilling services for the oil and gas industry. The company operates five offshore drilling rigs and ten multi functional vessels. Upetrom group employs over 4,000 people in several countries.
