Dutch dairy producer FrieslandCampina, owner of the Napolact factories in Romania, posted last year a 20% turnover growth. It expects sales to go up this year too. In 2014, the company had the best financial results in its history, said Razvan Orbulescu, Consumer Marketing Director with FrieslandCampina Romania & Hungary, cited by local Economica.net. The results from 2014 surpassed those from 2008, which was an economic boom year. Last year, the company posted a 25% increase in the number of consumers and a 20% growth in sold volumes. The good results were due to the company’s organic growth and launching new products. In 2013, FrieslandCampina had EUR 129.8 million in sales, whereas, in 2012, it posted a EUR 90 million turnover. editor@romania-insider.com
