Four companies controlled by Romania’s richest investor Ion Tiriac increased their capital by almost EUR 117 million in January this year. Masterange Romania increased its capital by some EUR 62 million, Automotive Real Estate by EUR 42.17 million, Blue Sand Investment by EUR 11.72 million and Blue Park Investment by EUR 1.1 million, reports local Economica.net. Through Blue Sand Investment, Tiriac built an 8 MW solar park in Paulesti, Prahova county, in 2013, following a EUR 13.6 million investment. Via Masterange Romania, he developed the residential compound Stejarii in 2010, which includes eight buildings with 285 apartments.
