Most Romanian consumers (80%) avoid TV commercials by changing the channel during commercial breaks, according to a survey by iSense Solutions.
Half of the people eat or smoke during the interval.
Romanians find TV commercials boring and repetitive. During the TV commercials, 60% of the Romanians use the smartphone whereas 56% use the laptop or PC. They access social media or several games during this period. Moreover, seven in ten people communicate with other people during the TV commercials.
