Four of five customers are unhappy with the services provided by the gas stations in Bucharest, according to a “mystery shopping” survey carried out by the market research firm VBS - Business Solutions and published on Friday, reports local News.ro. Only 20% of the customers said that they were satisfied with the services offered by the gas stations in Bucharest. The employees volunteered to help customers in only a third of the situations. Also, 30% of the gas stations are not transparent about displaying the prices, according to the survey. The price of diesel and petrol was displayed in a visible place only in 70% of cases. This percentage is below the allowed limit for a sector with high standards, said Cosmina Voichita Mesesan, general director of VBS - Business Solutions. “All big players in the fuel market state they want an exemplary relationship with the customer,” she added. editor@romania-insider.com
