The foreign direct investment inflows in Romania reached EUR 2.3 billion in the first eight months of the year, up by almost EUR 1 billion compared to the same period of last year, when the FDIs were EUR 1.4 billion. The intra-group loans totaled EUR 846 million, whereas the equity investments (including the reinvested net profit) amounted to EUR 1.4 billion.
