Festival brings Latino- American films to Bucharest

Bucharest will host the Latino - American movie festival this week-end and next week, with the opening set for today (April 20 ) and the final day on April 26. Over 14 feature length movies and a documentary will be screened during the festival at Cinema Union in Bucharest.

The film 'La nana' by Sebastian Silva, recently awarded at the Sundance Film Festival, will open the debut of this festival in Bucharest, on Friday, April 20, 19:00. Argentine director Victoria Galardi will attend the April 24 screening of the movie 'Amorosa Soledad'. Movies screened during the festival are in Spanish and Portuguese, with English subtitles. Tickets for screenings cost RON 10 or 8 – the Cinemateca subscription for employees and RON 5- the subscription for students and pensioners. The full schedule of the festival below:
