Famous British stand up comedian Eddie Izzard tours Romania in April

The well known British stand up comedian Eddie Izzard will come to Romania for the first time in April this year, for a show included in his tour Force Majeure World Tour 2013.

The Bucharest show, scheduled for April 29 this year at Sala Palatului, is organized by Livehouse, in partnership with Mick Perrin Worldwide. Edward John "Eddie" Izzard, aged 51, has starred in films such as Ocean's Twelve, Ocean's Thirteen, Cars 2, The Simpsons, Valkyrie and Chronicles of Narnia. He has been hailed as one of the foremost Stand-Ups of this generation, ranking 19th in a recent chart. Izzard's shows frequently feature famous guests, such as Robin Williams, Mel Brooks, Jim Carey, Sharon Stone, Quentin Tarantino and even Madonna. Some stand up comedy videos with Izzard below. Tickets for the Bucharest show are available starting March 9 online on myticket.ro and in the bookshops Diverta, Mihai Eminescu, in the Muzica store and at Sala Palatului. Prices vary from RON 80 to RON 200. Before coming to Romania, Izzard will have shows in Switzerland, and then will go to his home base UK.
