Famous 80s British artist Billy Ocean to perform in Romania this November

British singer Billy Ocean (in picture) will perform for the first time in Romania this fall. The concert is part of the artist’s tour to promote his latest album Here You Are and will take place at Sala Palatului in Bucharest, on November 27, 2013. Billy Ocean, born as Leslie Charles, was the main British-based R&B singer / songwriter of the 1980s and sold over 30 million records worldwide. The artist received numerous Gold and Platinum records across the world and hit the number one spot worldwide on pop charts including the USA, Australia, Germany, Holland, and the UK. In 2002, the University of Westminster, London awarded Ocean an honorary doctorate of music. Find out more about Billy Ocean on his official website here.
