Executives in Romania earn about EUR 117,900 a year

An executive director in Romania earns on average EUR 117,900 per year, as the Romanian market recorded a 6-8% increase in the salary package. Meanwhile, management salaries worldwide went up only by 3-4% in 2014 compared to last year, according to a study from headhunters Pedersen & Partners, cited by local Mediafax. "For senior management positions, the market in Romania recorded an average 6-8% increase in the salary package, same as in other Eastern European countries," said Mona Neagoe, Partner and Romania Country Manager of Pedersen & Partners.
