European commissioner: Romanian people need stronger digital competencies

Romania’s transport and communication infrastructure needs to be modernized. The people’s digital competencies should also be strengthened, said Elzbieta Bienkowska, European commissioner for internal market, reports local Agerpres. The management of the state-owned companies should get better, she added. Europe needs strategic investments and a friendly investment environment.
