Entrepreneurs support current flat tax and low social security tax in Romania

Representatives of entrepreneurs in Romania believe that maintaining the flat tax and a low social security tax (CAS) are extremely important for 2015. "The social security tax cut was a fantastic engine for jobs creation. Increasing the flat tax would blow away any investments," said Dragos Petrescu, owner of City Grill restaurant and member of the working group on small and medium enterprises (SMEs), business and tourism within the Coalition for the Development of Romania, cited by local Mediafax. Entrepreneurs that are members of the Coalition have proposed the Government a national program encouraging entrepreneurship in Romania, which includes a number of measures for the development of small and medium enterprises. editor@romania-insider.com
