The final price of natural gas will increase from July 1 by 5 - 8% in Romania, said Niculae Havrilet, president of the country’s energy authority (ANRE). The increase represents only an average because the price per regions will depend on each operator, he added, cited by local Agerpres. Consumers will feel the price rise starting December 1. Until then, the gas usage is usually small, Havrilet explained.
