The demand for apartments and studios for rent in Romania’s largest cities is double in September compared to the rest of the year, due to students looking for accommodation before the start of the academic year. The average rent in Bucharest starts from EUR 245 per month for a studio and goes to EUR 368 euro per month for a two-room apartment and EUR 536 per month for a three-room apartment, according to an analysis made by real estate ads site imobiliare.net.
