Czech S Group Holding completes Green Gate office building in Bucharest, following EUR 55 mln investment

The S Group Holding company in the Czech Republic has completed the Green Gate office building near Piata Chirigiu in Bucharest, after an investment of EUR 55 million. The project has leasable area of 31,000 sqm. Construction started in 2012 and the building is about 70 percent rented out, the most important tenant being TeamNet group, which occupies four of the building’s 11 floors, reports local Wall-street.ro. The project is funded by the Czech PPF Bank, which has granted a loan of EUR 39 million.
