The local financial non-banking institutions, which are members of the Financial Services Association – ALB Romania, granted in the first quarter of the year loans of EUR 113 million, up 15% year-on-year. Consumer loans represented 94% of the total, namely EUR 106 million. The industrial credits amounted to 4%, namely EUR 5 million, whereas the auto credits reached 2%, or EUR 2 million. In the area of consumer loans, the revolving loans (including credit cards) had a share of 48%, whereas the personal loans represented 42%. The POS credits reached 10%.
