The Bistrita City Hall will invest EUR 4.4 million to build a ski slope in Unirea, a village near Bistrita, northern Romania. The money will be used to set up the slope on a 70,500 sqm plot, to install a lift cable and an artificial snow machine, reports local Ziarul Financiar. It will also be used for power supply and for building an access road and a parking lot. The project should be completed in 12 months. editor@romania-insider.com
