The Triumf Hotel in Bucharest, one of the most valuable assets owned by the Administration of State Protocol Patrimony RA-APPS, will host public institutions in the future, reports local Profit.ro. Some of the potential tenants are the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) and the Justice Ministry. Transforming a hotel of its scale into a space for public institutions represents a premiere in Romania. The two-star hotel covers almost 6,000 sqm, and is located on a plot of 15,000 sqm near the Kiseleff Boulevard in Bucharest. It has 98 rooms and apartments, a restaurant with 120 seats and a summer garden. The state hasn’t managed to find buyers for the hotel and decided to use it for public institutions. According to official sources, the Government has asked RA-APPS to remove the hotel from the list of assets that are up for sale. editor@romania-insider.com (photo source: Hoteltriumf.ro)
