Car and motorcycle trade increased in the first quarter by 6.5% year-on-year. Car trade went up by 14.6%, whereas motorcycle trade rose by 4.3%. In March, the increase for both segments was of 17.8% compared to February, according to data from the National Statistics Institute INS. The maintenance and repair of motorcycles went up in March by 37.9% over the previous month. Meanwhile, the motor vehicle trade rose by 21.9% and the car maintenance and repair grew by 21.2%. editor@romania-insider.com
