Buyer gets 122 apartments in four residential compounds in Bucharest

Secure Property Development & Investment (SPDI) recently acquired 122 apartments in four residential compounds in Bucharest, with a net value estimated at EUR 3.3 million, reports local Mediafax. This is the company’s third acquisition in Romania this year. The 122 apartments cover a total area of 11,700 sqm and are located in four separate compounds located in different residential areas in Bucharest. Of the total, 87 apartments are rented, namely 71.3%, and they generate a net operating income of EUR 270,000. In late-August this year, SPDI announced that it will buy the EOS Business Park in Bucharest for EUR 5.85 million. The office building hosts the Romanian headquarters of French dairy group Danone.
