British band T-Rex to bring 'Children of the revolution' to Romania this March

British group T-Rex will hold a concert in Romania on March 29 this year, at Hard Rock Cafe (32, Kiseleff Blvd.) in the capital city, from 21:00. T-Rex are a British band formed in 1967 by singer and guitarist Marc Bolan. The band was initially called Tyrannosaurus Rexand releasedfour folk/rock albums under the name. In early ‘70s, the band became T-Rex and reached success with glam rock hits like ‘Telegram Sam’, ‘Get It On’ and‘20th Century Boy’. Band founder and original lead singer Marc Bolan was one of the rock 'n' roll lifestyle's casualties, dying aged 29 in a car accident in 1977. Read more about the band on the official website here. The band as it is today owes its origins to three of Marc Bolan's musicians: Mickey Finn (who died in 2003), Paul Fenton and Jack Green, who re-formed the T-Rex band. The current line-up features seven musicians.
