Bogdan Pitigoi, one of the richest investors in Iasi, opens EUR 8 mln office building

Tester Group, a company based in the Romanian city of Iasi and owned by local businessman Bogdan Pitigoi, has recently opened an 11,000-sqm office building in the city, following investments of EUR 8 million. Funds for the building, called Ideo Center for Development and Business Support, came from UE, the Romanian Government, and Tester Group, the project beneficiary. The new center has a total area of about 11,000 sqm. Ideo includes three conference rooms, two training halls, a restaurant, and 183 parking places. Ideo Center for Development and Business Support offers offices arranged in the office sharing system for EUR 90 per month, plus VAT, a novelty in Iasi. The cost covers the space, the furniture, and the internet connection.It also offers the opportunity to rent offices for just a day. Bogdan Pitigoi's Tester Group was started in 1993, initially as a distribution company in the Moldavia area. He started producing clothes in 1997 and added real estate businesses later on. In the early 2000, it also became car dealer for several brands in the region of Moldavia. Bogdan Pitigoi is one of the wealthiest business people in Iasi.
