BNP Paribas Real Estate names new country manager for Romania

BNP Paribas Real Estate has named Olga Melihov as the new country manager for Romania. As head of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory in Romania, she will be responsible for supervising the ongoing activities of the company as well as the process of implementing the growth strategy on the local market. Prior to her promotion, Olga held the role of Business Development Director for the country. Olga Melihov is a manager with more than 12 years of experience in the commercial property sector in the Central and Eastern Europe region. In the past, she also worked for Seracom International Group Russia, where she was responsible for establishment, management and development of the company’s Moscow branch. Furthermore, as one of the key managers at Mayland Real Estate, she was responsible for the company’s development, communications and marketing operations in Poland and Romania. Olga is a graduate of Bucharest University and completed the postgraduate Real Estate Professional Executive Programme run by Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and the Polish Council of Shopping Centers. editor@romania-insider.com
