Belgian retailer opens two new stores with local products in Bucharest

Local supermarket chain Mega Image, part of Belgian group Delhaize, plans to open two new stores under the “Gusturi Romanesti” (Romanian tastes) brand in Bucharest, reports local Profit.ro The group sells private label products made after traditional recipes as well as other Romanian products in these units. Mega Image currently owns two stores under this brand in Bucharest. A unit includes over 350 local products. The retailer launched products under the Gusturi Romanesti brand six years ago.
