Belgian developer gets EUR 30 mln refinancing for office building in Bucharest

Belgian real estate developer Atenor received a EUR 30 million loan to refinance an office building in northern Bucharest. The building is part of the Hermes Business Campus office complex in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area. Real estate consultancy JLL, which represented the developer, has not indicated the name of the bank that granted the loan. However, according to data from the Electronic Archive for Security Interests, Garanti Bank gave the loan, reports local Wall-street.ro.
