Romanian lender reports triple taxes paid by Internet Banking
The volume of taxes paid by customers of local lender BCR through the Internet Banking service increased last year by 250%.

The volume of taxes paid by customers of local lender BCR through the Internet Banking service increased last year by 250%.
It exceeded EUR 1 million, up from EUR 294,000 in 2013, the bank announced.
In the first two months of this year, the volume of taxes paid through Internet Banking amounted to EUR 120,000. By comparison, the volume reached EUR 96,000 in 2013. Most customers who paid their taxes through Internet Banking are from Bucharest (46%), Constanta (5%) and Brasov (4%).
