Arval Romania reports 4,000-vehicle fleet in September this year

Operational leasing and fleet management company Arval Romania, part of BNP Paribas, reported a year-on-year increase of 20 percent of its fleet in September this year, up to 4,000 vehicles, and a number of 250 clients, with 23 percent more than in the same period of 2010, according to the company. Arval Romania posted a turnover of EUR 21 million in the 2010 financial year, up 40 percent compared to 2009. Moreover, the investments planned for this year will reach EUR 16 million, according to the company. Arval entered n the Romanian market in September 2006. Part of BNP Paribas, Arval Group was established in 1989 and is currently present in 34 countries. It has 22 subsidiaries and 4,000 employees. Irina Popescu, irina.popescu@romania-insider.com
