American dies during Frankfurt - Bucharest flight

An 88 years old American died on Sunday during a Lufthansa flight on the Frankfurt - Bucharest route, after suffering a heart attack shortly before landing in Bucharest, according to the National Airports Company Bucharest (CNAB). “During the DLH 1418 flight operated by the airline Lufthansa on the route Frankfurt - Bucharest, an American passenger, aged 88, suffered a cardio-respiratory attack, shortly before landing. Upon arrival at the Henri Coanda airport, at 13.35 hours, a medical crew entered the plane and made resuscitation efforts for over 45 minutes, but finally had to declare the death”, according to CNAB.
