Ambery Hall has rented 500 sqm in Swan Office & Technology Park for a conference and private events center, becoming the first tenant in the building. Ambery Hall provides a wide range of services, from corporate events, business seminars, conferences, private events, and will address both external customers and Swan's tenants. Swan has an area of over 29,000 sqm of commercial and office space. The project was developed by Chayton Capital LLP, after an investment that has exceeded EUR 50 million.
