She added that, in the last year and a half, Bucharest and Ottawa started “a period of intense negotiations and talks” about visas for Romanian citizens, which correlates with the relationship between EU and Canada. “It’s not just an interest or an objective of the Romanian side, it’s also an objective assumed by the EU.
