AAV Group, owned by Romanian businessman Vicentiu Zorzolan, recently closed down all three Esprit stores on the Romanian market. The stores were located in Baneasa Shopping City, Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania. Turnover plummeted from EUR 7.3 million in 2009 to just EUR 1.7 million in 2010.
