New EUR 10 mln residential compound in Bucharest

Local real estate developer Construct Aprodex will invest some EUR 10 million to develop a residential compound in Bucharest. The project, named MetroCity Academiei, is located near the Military Academy and will have 230 apartments. The first 12-storey apartment block, with 110 apartments, is due by year-end. The other apartment block, a building with two sections, will be built by mid-2016. Garanti Bank finances the project. The future residential compound is located on a 7,000 sqm plot.
