Romanian state airline Tarom sells 3,600 tickets on discount

Romania's state-owned airline Tarom has started an offer which includes 3,600 tickets for foreign destinations at the promotional price of EUR 89 plus airport taxes, it has announced. The offer starts on April 27 and ends on June 4. While the destinations included in this promotion will change weekly, the first such tickets available at the discounted prices cover return flights from Bucharest to Istanbul, Frankfurt, Munich, as well as from Sibiu to Munich. Tickets for these flights can be bought until May 7 and are valid between May 2 and 31. The total price of the tickets, including airport taxes, is of EUR 171 for Bucharest – Istanbul, EUR 198 for Bucharest – Frankurt, EUR 192 for Bucharest – Munich and EUR 193 for Sibiu – Munich. The airline operates 13 direct flights on the Bucharest – Istanbul route, nine direct flights between Bucharest and Munich and daily flights connecting the Romanian capital to Frankfurt and Sibiu to Munich.
