Romanian president Traian Basescu has informed the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies that he wanted to address the Parliament's plenary session on September 21, on current domestic policy issues, according to the Presidential Administration. Basescu proposes September 21 as the date of the address, at an hour to be agreed upon by the presidents of the two chambers of Parliament. AGERPRES
