Romania to attend the wood chopping competition in Norway in September
A team of four will represent Romania at the wood chopping competition in Norway at the beginning of September. Last year Romania ranked 15th worldwide at this competition.

A team of four will represent Romania at the wood chopping competition in Norway at the beginning of September. Last year Romania ranked 15th worldwide at this competition.
Nicolae Neamciuc, Dan Petrescu, Nagy Botond and Costel Pleş will head to Lillehammer to compete against the world' best wood choppers. The team already had a local competition in Arad, where they cut trees vertically and horizontally and also chopped logs.
The Stihl Timbersports competition will take place between September 7 and 9 in Norway. These competitions started in 1985 in the US and were brought to Europe in 2011. editor@romania-insider.com
