Romanian meteorologists have issued an advisory for rain and gusty wind, valid from Wednesday evening until Thursday morning for the country’s southern and south-eastern regions. Rain will exceed 20 liters per square meter and even 40-50 liters per square meter in some areas on the seaside. According to the advisory, rain is likely to turn heavy and the wind will blow harder for short periods. Mediafax
