Pedal to the metal in Bucharest: car expo, motor and classic car parades this weekend

Car and speed lovers are in for a show this weekend in Bucharest. The 2015 edition of the Bucharest Auto-Moto Show, which started on April 1 at the Parliament’s Palace in Bucharest, goes outdoors this weekend. Car traffic will be closed on Saturday and Sunday (April 4 and 5) on the Unirii and Libertatii Boulevards to make room for the car expo, which will include classical cars, tuned cars and motorcycles. A motorcycle parade will take place on Saturday around noon, and classic cars will march on Sunday. The Auto-Moto Show’s visitors will also be able to watch drift shows and to try their driving skills in karting races. The show is open from 10:00 to 22:00 on Saturday, and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. The entry ticket is RON 20 (EUR 4.5). editor@romania-insider.com
