A total of 215 trains were canceled in Romania on Monday morning (February 13), because of the bad weather, according to the Romanian railway company CFR Calatori. The new Orange Code of snow and blizzards also closed 7 railway tracks, namely Ploiesti - Urziceni, Bucharest Sud - Oltenita, Urziceni - Slobozia, Faurei - Buzau, Giugriu Nord - Videle, Alexandria - Zimnicea, and Rosiori Est - Turnu Magurele. Moreover, the traffic was restricted on 12 other tracks, according to CFR Calatori. Check the list of canceled trains here. Last week, around 400 people suffered a 50 hour ordeal, trapped aboard a Galati – Bucharest train after it got stuck in the snow. Read more about the bad weather in Romania here.
